CONSTRUCTION and realty major Shapoorji Pallonji Group has announced the launch of its IT park project- SP Infocity at Nagpur. It will be a campus development spread across 100 acres in MIHAN SEZ and shall have a total development size of approx. 7.7 million sq.ft, stated a press release issued here.

As a part of the launch, the foundation stone laying ceremony was held at the project site on April 15. Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, MADC, R C Sinha was the chief guest at the function which was well attended by a number of senior officials from Shapoorji Pallonji, MADC and other associated organisations. SP Infocity Nagpur shall be developed by Kolland Developers Private Limited (Shapoorji Pallonji Group Company) and is a part of the group’s real estate foray into IT parks at various locations in the country.
