Dedication, discipline are not mere words for him. They are his weapons to get things done in the given time format and he uses them to perfection. Highly  enthusiastic and vivacious he always comes across as a jolly good fellow who very successfully can disguise his tensions under his happy go lucky demeanor. With Grace expanding rapidly, looking after its functioning and handling the problems arising through it, Mr. Rajendra Gaikwad is indeed the trouble shooter for the company.

A commerce graduate , Proprietor – Fir pro from 1997 till date, partnership firm- Raj Industrial Services from 1998 till date, Partner Grace enterprises from 2000 till date and Real estate business since 1998 are some of the occupations he indulge in apart  from the the responsibilities of Executive Director.
